    help with fat loss routine


    hey whats up everyone. as some of you may know, i am currently deployed over in the middle east. my tour is coming to an end in about a month and a half and i was doing cardio in the morning to help with some fat loss but i hurt my knee while doing a circuit the other day. i have stopped trying to run or do anything that involves my lower body. i will give it some rest for about 2 weeks. my question is, i am finishing my PCT and will be starting Alpha T2 in a week. any suggestions on what i can do to promote so extra fat loss while i recover from my knee. i am doing circuits every other day. sometimes calisthenics and then weights. all help welcome

    really a rowing machine is about the only non-lower body cardio
