need advice on diet given

I have been given a diet from a bodybuilder in my gym. he uses it to cut and said it would be a good start for me to drop body fat. theres a cheat day but theres a ****load on it and cant b arse typin it in.

please give ur thoughs and experances with weight loss and what i should change with my diet, quite possabily goin to log the diet too:)

1scoop whey
half small canaloupe melon

breakfast2
egg scramble
4 large whole
2 large whites
40g reduced fat cheese
40 porridge oats

late morning
3 scoops whey
1tbsp peanut butter

lunch
turkey roll ups
115g turkey dli meet
80g reduced fat cheese sliced

midday snack

225g lowfat cottage cheese
2tbsp salsa


pre workout

2 scoops whey



postworkout

2scoops whey
350ml gatorade

dinner

255g chicken breast
180g chopped broccoli
200g mixed green salad
1tbsp oil and vinegar and salad dresing

night time snack

225g low fat cottage cheese

looks ok. no gatorade just say no to hfcs
also i would rev. the eggs 2 whole egg 4 or more whites
and get a veggie in lunch some spinach on the sh it
imo

think a should mabe put all tht **** on a roll for lunch with spinach:)??
