Visceral vs subcute fat loss?

Im on 50mcg cytomel per day, 250mg test e a week, eating 800 cals below maintenance.

My arms sharnk a tiny bit, but my waist is shrinking a lot. However, I notice that the flab is still the same. I am concluding that I am losing viceral fat/liver glycogen.

CUrrently I am not doing cardio, im relying only on calorie reduction and weight training to cut.

When I do do cardio, the subcute fat seems to go away more.

If I continue to not do cardio and control via diet, will I eventually lose that subcute fat too?
