im around 12.5% bf and am trying to bring it down to 10% or below which is like 7 pounds. However, I hit a plateau the scales changed BC of water weight not fat loss. Should i cut out most of my whole grain pasta?

Diet " for 7-9 pounds Cut"
8:00 after a run- Pb sandwich "whole grain", water
Im in Class...
1:00 pre workout- PB sandwich with milk
Post- Shake with milk
meal 1- 8oz of either chicken or 90% lean ground meat, whole gain pasta, water
meal 2- 8oz of either chicken or 90% lean ground meat, whole gain pasta, water
meal 3- decent amount of veggies

any suggestions for changing my diet or otherwise?

i usually lift 3 days a week "split" and run 2 miles a day X 6 days a week...
