Are you sure you were using real ephedrine and not an ephedrine extract ? In other words were you using bronkaid or primatene ?

it helps a ton in fact thats all I like to use and I am a big boy. Ive used more before 50 mgs and 400 caffeine and sides seemed much more than just a dose first thing in the morning

This stuff can have side effects the higher you go and can develop dependency where you must taper down slowly to come off otherwise side effects are extreme.

I read through the first couple pages and then skipped to the end. Will read rest later after work.
I wish I could stick to EC, it works great for me as an appetite suppressant, probably "fat burner" and a stim for just before workouts. However, it will pop false positive for amphetamines and I can't just explain it away with "bronkaid" since I am not suppose to be self medicating anything for my job anyway. At the very best, if they pop me for it and I explain well enough that I don't lose my job on the spot, it will then become forever "random drug test today. Everyone with the last number of 4 in your SSN and Token, report to medical."
Better off using clen if anything since they don't test for it. Trying to figure out if T3 will pop up. Or S4.

ECA stack effects people in different ways... always test your tolerances before you go all in.

I definitely think if you tell them before the test, "I had the flu and recently took a product with pseudoephedrine in it" or "Sometimes my chest gets congested when I do sprints and I took Primatene last week," it's not a big deal at all.

Hey all, this is a great thread, I've read through the first 20 pages or so and gotten a lot of good info. One thing I can't find much on is how long to cycle. I've read four weeks on, two weeks off, but I've also heard that there's no point in taking breaks because tolerance is inevitable, What do you guys recommend?
Also, what's good to cycle with ECA when I'm off the stack? I've heard a lot of people are doing 4 weeks ECA and 2 weeks Clen, but from what I've read about Clen so far I want to stay as far away from it as possible. Is there anything else?

I will say from experience that clen (liquid kind) produced no systemic effects even close to what ECA produced. It was mild compared to ECA in that aspect, even at high doses. However, the fat burning effects were very noticible.

This is great advice. Ive researched the hell out of ECA stacks (academic jounals mainly to avoid broscience) and 8 mgs has been shown to have clinical effects. Although, I typically run ECA for 10-12 week stints before cycling off for 2-3, and I just jump off. Never experienced extreme sides from ending cycle, though I can see how it can happen given the nature of the compunds and their effects on the body.

I used to eat the stuff like candy. Felt like I was high as a kite though. Today I don't take anything with caffeine in it at all. No stimulants period. I have even decided to cut out coffee.
