Anybody monitor their heart rate or track their blood pressure while on Recreate??

Anybody take, check or track their body temperature??


Im interested, I want more info about the 'stim' properties.

I'm a little bit sensitive to stimulant, does taking 1 cap recreate 4 times a day would still be effective?

honestly...2 caps I dont really feel as a stimulant. its about 75mg per capsule I think...

Ill let Mullet or Jacob respond, but 1 cap four times a day would probly work.

Really not a stim effect but a feel good energy effect that comes for fat metabolism...

I've been taking it before bed with no issues, and your talking to someone who is very sensitive to stims and can't stand them.

I would take this product to help cut down but not as a staple supp. I don't think it's a good idea to depend on a supp to replace a well balanced diet.
