Same here - though seemed about an hour and a half. (Mid workout. BAD idea to dose all of it pre-WO....)

I think I'm on day 5.
Seems to be starting to kick in.

Today was really my first day I took one dose before but really its my first day.

Took three capsules(cap em quick) 3 caps= 1/2 teaspoon. with first meal 9 am, prewwork-4 pm and last meal 10 pm.

Man This product is marvelous. Not just normal hard erections, hard big super erections. My penis feels like a monster taking this sexual product like a thick tree trunk. Recovery time could be better for me; although I do do a lot of physcial work as part of my money job, like seven hours a day yesterday of continulsy lifting heavy stuff, stocking, walking etc. Up top of that training , up top of that humping. anyways Its workign very nicely.
