| Registered User | P-Slin Intra-Workout Sometimes you don't realized how valuable something is until it's not there. This was the case when I decided not to use P-Slin intra-workout last Sunday. I took my usual pre-wo dose with ~150g carbs but negleted to make a waxy-maize/p-slin shake that I usually drink during the workout. I definately noticed the difference without it! I finished my max effort exercise and was ready for my supplementary bench work. I grabbed the dumbells and began to crank out reps but my muscles were spent. I was able to finish my accessory work but after leaving the gym, I was dead. Next time I will definately not forget to bring an intra-wo dose of p-slin to the gym. |

| Registered User | the thing that had stopped me from trying p-slin was that I dont/cant eat anything hearty for a few hours before working out, the thought of downing 100/150grams of carbs an hour or so before... now 100grams intraworkout sounds doable spread over the workout. is wms best way to go, or would a CHO blend work too (dextrose, malto, trehalose, wms)? | Anzac Rep | With cheap bulk p-slin, people are going to come out with multi-dose protocols. Is there a ceiling to this Mullet, i.e could it be dosed as regularly as Anabolic Pump? Another question is, is there a benefit to >500mg (the std capped dose) with a larger CHO intake? I'd be well up for a multi/mega dosed p-slin + prime stack . No huge issues but hypo glycemic issues that are easily solved with eating, but I found myself in almost a constant hypo state... I also used 5grams creatine per dose and probably gained 6lbs in 5 days of intracellular water weight which is a precursor to muscle growth. I did not look bloated it at all.. | |
