P-Slin Intra-Workout

Sometimes you don't realized how valuable something is until it's not there. This was the case when I decided not to use P-Slin intra-workout last Sunday. I took my usual pre-wo dose with ~150g carbs but negleted to make a waxy-maize/p-slin shake that I usually drink during the workout. I definately noticed the difference without it!

I finished my max effort exercise and was ready for my supplementary bench work. I grabbed the dumbells and began to crank out reps but my muscles were spent. I was able to finish my accessory work but after leaving the gym, I was dead. Next time I will definately not forget to bring an intra-wo dose of p-slin to the gym.

Lesson learned!

I use the same protocol on my non-diet days. It's also when I return to my heavy lifting and my most demanding workouts. Shoulders and Leg Days.

P-Slin Pre-WO + Intra-Workout is absolutely fabulous, IMO; the powder is almost tasteless.

Most defintely! That is one of the miss succesful protocols that I know of; cannot ckaim thus one for myself, though.

the thing that had stopped me from trying p-slin was that I dont/cant eat anything hearty for a few hours before working out, the thought of downing 100/150grams of carbs an hour or so before... now 100grams intraworkout sounds doable spread over the workout. is wms best way to go, or would a CHO blend work too (dextrose, malto, trehalose, wms)?

There are people that use WMS as their only source. I usually do 50% WMS, 25% Malto, 25% Dex. FYI, it is totally 'doable.'

With cheap bulk p-slin, people are going to come out with multi-dose protocols.

Is there a ceiling to this Mullet, i.e could it be dosed as regularly as Anabolic Pump?

Another question is, is there a benefit to >500mg (the std capped dose) with a larger CHO intake?

I'd be well up for a multi/mega dosed p-slin + prime stack .

P-SLin is very potent to dose with every meal(well not way every meal but 3 three major meals). You can but around day 4 or 5, you will have to reduce the dose.

P-SLin/PRIME is an elite supplement protocol...it will be insane..

When PSlin comes out in bulk, you can bet I'll be trying megadosing Hopefully while doing the Prime log with Jacob's protocol, should give some big results.

For a 6 day period I was running 2x P-Slin 3 xPrime x 6 Forskolin (Drive + Bolic).

Strength, hardness, endurance, recovery are but a few adjectives that come to mind.

I'm keen to push the boundaries with P-Slin - I'm tuned into it. Would sort of issues could I expect in order to reduce at day 4 or 5?

No huge issues but hypo glycemic issues that are easily solved with eating, but I found myself in almost a constant hypo state...

I also used 5grams creatine per dose and probably gained 6lbs in 5 days of intracellular water weight which is a precursor to muscle growth. I did not look bloated it at all..

- I found that with my mini run - constantly eating but as you said, no bloat just hard, full muscles.

My proposed run will include 100mg of bolic a day as well - that will generate some interesting results!
