Primordial Performance TD + Formestane

Has anyone had experience with utilizing Primordial Performance's transdermal carrier? I have had success with Dermacrine, and I find PP to be a solid company. I've used Penetrate in the past with Formestane, but could never nail down the mixing with that particular formula. Contemplating trying this out, and interested in your take on it.

7oz, compared to Penetrate @ 8oz. About double the price, at $29 before shipping, but I will pay the extra $20 if it is more effective.

I've used it in the past and didn't like it. The CEL brand (nothing wrong with CEL, but just saying that so you know it's legit) and I swear it made my nipples sensitive. Possibly from reduced DHT? I don't know. Weird though.
