Penetrate one pump= ?
I ordered penetrate to mix with formestane. Everything came out fine, but I am seriously confused on the dosing now. First I read on here that one pump is 5ml. I though that can't be true. I checked on Nutraplanet and it said 1ml. Ok more realistic. But now they changed it to .5ml.

The concentration is 5g/237ml and I want to take 200mg a day. So that would be 20 pumps a day?

The formestane faq said 5 pumps twice a day so I'm not sure what to believe.
