Rowing machine!

  1. Rowing machine!


    Where does the rowing machine sit in terms of effective cardio while cutting. My fear is that its a lot more catabolic than light cardio on a stationary bike but I don't really know. What do you guys say, can I row three times a week for 20 minutes as my cardio?


  2. Rowing is fine. If you are worried about muscle loss during cardio you could consume some BCAAs before-hand, or just do HIIT.

  3. I'm all about the BCAA's. I do want to row, as long as no one on here is like NO MOFO NO DON'T DO IT!
