1. Pilates

    I decided to take a pilates class at my gym the other day. I must admit, I was a little skeptical of course and the most I expected was a decent ab workout. I was in for a suprise;it was nearly torture and my muscles were on fire for the whole class. My mid and lower traps, as well as my back and abs are super sore today. It's not for everyone but I would definately recommend it.

  4. Huh. I went to my sister's advanced Pilates class to check it out, and thought it was silly. Didn't do a thing for me. Now I love power yoga, and that IS really difficult. Go figure.
