Looking for a workout posted a week back

Someone posted a workout and i cannot remember the name of it. Alot of people chimed in and said it was a great workout. The principle of it is one week is highreps, the next week your using low reps and the following week is moderate reps... something like load/something .

sounds like a split between high volume and low volume lifts. there's no particular workout that i know of. just incorporate these principles into your own custom training regimen.
