Been thinking about my next cycle of workouts and what approach I should take.
I've been reading a lot about GVT / OVT after one of the trainers at Golds recommended it to me. Just wondered if any of you guys had experience with it and the pros and cons of trying it for a mesocycle before I go back to my regular workout?
