    As in you are satisfied with your physique and strength now? If so do more of what you are doing, and don't increase calories or try to get stronger. If you have a physique or performance goal you haven't met yet start working on it. I think most of us do one of two things. Get where we want then yoyo back to where we were, or make a new goal and start improving more.

    Nah. First batch. But from feedback Area51 and DM is better. So, putting it in. Will keep the shytty flavours for myself.. more love for AM brothers..

  11. Here’s me currently. Dexa 2 weeks ago put me at 18% bf (for those that dont know me I used to be fat hence the weird loose skin going on).

    Goal 1 is lean bulk (on cycle in March) and ideally get to 215lbs with same bf (currently 205) after pct.

    Goal 2 is a 400lb squat (currently 352) and 500lb dead (current 440). Goal 2 is obviously massively ambitious in the timescales, realistically for this thread the aim is simply progress towards those numbers to hit them by year end.

  12. So, this is where I am at. Sitting at 160lbs with 13-14% bf. This was my first cut and I learnt a lot from mistakes I made during this 3 month cut. Hopefully, I will do a better cut next time. Goal is to reach 187lbs with 16% BF (not sure if this is unrealistic). Anyway, will try to get to the weight as much as possible.

    My supplements will be
    1) Start with Ep1logue (2months)
    2) 3rd month Universal Nutrition Sterol Complex
    3) Whey
    4) Creatine
    5) Fish Oil

    Why am I writing all this down? I need suggestions/help on how to start and what to do. Since most of the people here are much more experienced than me, I am all ears.. I also will have in hand 2 bottles of Test1fy and Orig1n.

    My focus areas will be Chest, Back and calves since they are my weakest

In on this just for the motivation here are current pics taken last week when I was on week 2 of my 6 week lgd run will be posting up pics in a few weeks when I finish I am currently sitting in at 197lbs on my third week at what looks to be 14% bf. looking to climb up to 205 by the end. By may getting to 205lbs at 12%. With a 305lbs bench. Currently at 265.

    I have a terrible deadlift I threw out my back a couple months ago and went to hospital I only got up to 385. Now I do like 335 for 6. Although I can easily throw around 225 when it comes to rowing which is probably where my back build comes from I can do sets of 10-12. My lower back is my weakness and so are my hammieís. I want a 405 dead but to be honest Iím not a huge fan of heavy deadlifts since I messed my back Iíll probably get back into it in a few months. Right now I do light back work like back extensions just to chase the lower back pump hopefully get some solidity in there and get ready for deadlifting again

    I honestly donít know what I wanna do for this. Does look good naked count as a goal? If so thatís what Iíll do. Help me out guys, Iím really open to anything bulk/cut/recomp???

    You look like you’ve good a real solid base of muscle so in your shoes I’d recomp or cut (I’m also a ‘look good naked’ aim).....if you stay natty then I’d cut, if you use a ph I’d recomp....
