looks like a typical training plan you see all over the net, but his own results on his youtube channel and clients before and after pics seem legit
he also claims to made his best gains not benching or squatting, but doing 6 other exercises (not named) and simply aimed at getting stronger with 2 - 4 fullbody workouts a week, with heavy and volume days
