Trust The Process-Documenting my 10 week program

Hey everybody! I am going to be documenting my 10 week programming on YouTube, and it would be cool if some of you could check it out and sort of go through the process with me. The program i am doing is a modified version of The Complete Power Look. I tried to tailor it more towards hypertrophy while gaining strength.

Bench Day 5x3 at 80% (190 lbs)

Inlcine DB 3x10-12

Cable Fly 3x10-12

Machine Press 3x10-12

Rope Pushdown 3x10-12

Overhead Tricep Extensions 3x10-12

Day 2 of the program was the first squat day of the 10 week cycle. The workout went as follows:

5x3 Squats at 80% of 1rm (255 lbs)

3x10-12 leg extensions

2x10-12 hamstring curl

2x10 standing calf raises

2x10 hack squats.

I did an entire arm workout before this with one my friends and it made the actual squat workout brutal as hell.

My current weight is 170 lbs and I am around 5'4" and I am 20 years old. I forgot to mention this info in the first post.
