Routine after a cycle

Looking to keep as much gains as possible as hat is obviously the goal for anyone. Can fellow members who HAVE DONE gear shoot me some ideas/routines or whatever to give me an idea of what I should be doing so I don't have to waste my time with trial and error. Thanks in advance guys.

I usually reduce reps and go as heavy as I can, in good form, to retain strength. I dont consume myself in a lot of assistance work. Just a couple, around a main big lift.
But thats personal I believe, its what works best for yourself

Subbed...day 2 of pct. Feel good.
Me and my partner are going to continue to workout focusing on singles at 90% for 3-4 weeks until it becomes still easy on the 4th single then try to max.
Soooo not hungry and very unmotivated we forced ourselves to bang out singles today, and forced food down all day.
I agree with keeping it heavy and simple at least through PCT.
