I just read an article about unusual but good exercises. One was of the anti gravity press for shoulders. Just looking for some feedback, if you have used this movement, do you think it helped with shoulder development for you?

That is a great channel to follow.

I tried them yesterday, they just felt too awkward for me.
i did it today as a finish- did u use a easy bar or straight? easy was better to handle, but its a bitch when not having a spotter to hand you the dam bar. 2 sets of 30 lb and then went to 40- def works

Yes, I saw that. I posted it in the Off Topic section the day it came out and before it went viral.

I used the straight bar. Maybe I'll try with the easy bar on Thursday. I agree with you on the spotter though. The way my gym's adjustable benches are, it is almost impossible to get the bar from the ground by yourself.

i hear that- the ez bars at my gym are pre weighted. so i stood it up got in position and kind of tapped it so it would fall over and grabbed it. hope it works better for you.
