I have always been thin and kept a pretty low bf%but i had surgery for medial epicondylitis and terrible knees. needless to say gain a lot of fat sitting on my ass. i say im at about 25%. I need assistance in putting together a routine for cutting. Diet exercises frequency ect. can some one please save me? i've never had to worry about losing fat until now. it all finally caught up.
