Had anyone used or think that the workout on the site is a good one for someone getting back to working out after a long break. I consider being a beginner again
Yeah that's what I was thinking also. I just hit the gym with it and felt great really pumped the heck out of the shoulders. Want to get to benching 300 before I change anything up. Workout with 205 for 3 sets of 8 so lol
