Since my log is done on the Fat Attack Stack (very successful in my eyes) I am starting this to track my training, diet and supplements.
As of now I am running StrongLifts 5x5 working on getting a more solid base on the compound movements. My chest has been lacking behind and so my bench is not where I want it to be. I figure progress over a long time will help get my bench and other lifts up.
I'll update this with what program I am running, what type of diet, macros, supplements, pics and just generally what is going on.
