The other day i was doing legs, and ill be honest, ive really been neglecting my legs and havent worked them for a while. the next day i developed a kind of sharp pain starting in the left side of my groin and shoots down the inside of my groin. about a month and a half ago i had the same thing happen and it went away after about a week. its really annoying and bad enough i walk with a weird limp. it mostly hurts when i start to stop my leg from moving forward while walking, but still bothers me a little when im just sitting down. anybody have any thoughts on this? i looked up symptoms of a hernia and it seems like thats what it could be, but im not sure since it went away and now came back.
