Starting BoBo's MBP

Im starting BoBo's Deluxe Muscle Building Program today.

Stats this morning right when i woke up.

Height: 5'6.5

Weight: 151 lbs

Arms Flexed: 13 3/4 inches

Waist: 31 1/4 inches

Calf: 14 3/4 inches

Legs: 22 inches

Chest: 35 inches

I rested for 1 week prior to get ready for this new routine / diet..

I hope to make some real nice gains with bobo's guidance. Thanks everyone
 
Good luck, keeps us informed. I'm thinking of doing the muscle building program as well.
 
This log might be a little different....

Size will change but weight won't change that much.
 
Bobo - can you elaborate why?

What is the typical size/weight gain on your muscle building program?
 
how should i be logging / updating this any suggestions? I was thinking about just posting my weight once a week or something. maybe a log of my exercises for the week?

changes in BF%
percent increases in lifting (if uncomfortable with posting actual weights) esp any/all compound movements (squats, deads, and BP)
