in need of a 3day full body workout

So with christmas just around the corner my work load has increased tenfold, thus really limiting my workouts to a max 3 times a week. I have never used or considered doing a full body work out, but it seems to be the only logical solution to my problem.

I could really use some help with a good program to make it worth my while and keep my lean gains moving forward.

WS4SB has a 3 day template.

5/3/1 does as well.

Whole body isn't your only option if you can only work out three days a week you could do an ABA style workout like with strong lifts 5x5 Monday you do work out a Wednesday you do workout b Friday you do a then Monday you do b and so on

But if you want whole body I would suggest hst it's a little different than what I was used to but I got some good growth from it you can check out either at stronglifts.com or

There is always dogg crapp too. Plus the workouts are fairly short just intense.

Madcows 5x5 is a good 3 day full body.
