Neck Sore After Shoulders?

I did shoulders today.
Seated db press 40lb each hand 4x8
Front to lateral raise 12.5 each hnd 4x8

But now and actually wheneer i do shoulders, like the back of nexk and back of shoulder are is usually sore and pumped. Am i doing it wrong or is this normal?

That might be the TRAPS you are talking about... U might have engaged the exercises a lil wrong I would say. Double check you form... + traps can be somewhat sore (even if you don't train em directly) when you train shoulders.

Ya today back of shoulders are sore not front or sides. Did i go to heavy?

Yes i think u might be going a bit heavy and/or maybe ur form isnt a bit right.

Do u do shrugs?? Do em and then see if the same muscle is targeted which u feel is sore. If its the muscle whichs being sore then ull have comfirmation thats its ur traps.

Hmmm so use same weight?
U mean same wight on the whole sets of one exercise?? Well i try to add more weight if i can n also decrease it sometimes and sometimes i keep the same...
