    Crown's 4 week SDMZ 2.0 Log


    Alright everyone, I have given into temptation and cracked the seal on that Super DMZ 2.0
    Today was day 1 and I recorded, what for some reason turned out to be a crappy video, my bench press lift. 315lbs, we are using that as our benchmark to track the progress over the next 4 weeks... I have ZERO doubt that the SDMZ will not help me perform admirably.

    Soooo follow my log, yell at me every opportunity you get if I skip legs, and help keep me moving in the right direction!

    Forget what weights I used, but I lightened her up each set.

    After that I did some:
    Reverse Curls
    Straight Curls

    Nice Chest / biceps day today

    Cable flyes 3 sets

    Bicep curls 3 sets 90lbs
    3 sets 50 lbs
    3 sets reverse curls

    Then did some burnout tricep work. nothing impressive like
    80lbs
    90lbs
    100lbs
    down the stack made it to like 160 i think. 30 sec rest between sets or less on the lighter weight

    Whats the difference with 2.0 from the original sdmz formula. That was good stuff. Still got half a bottle. Gained 14lbs on that stuff with fairly minimal sides.

    All in all just great pumps, vascularity is great, strength gains are steady (and I haven't even been killing it like I would be if I had a damn partner), and I feel like a frigging monster.

    I have some connections with photographers out here and am gonna try to slim on down in about 10-15 weeks and do a photo shoot. Probably run some Cyanostane RX during my last few weeks. Great stuff as well.

    Your partly true about the 2 similar superdrols. But it's still toxic. I gained 14lbs off that stuff. Kept about 8-9lbs after pct. still took cycle support liver supps, nolva and ai though. Minimal sides. Abit of shutdown around the week 3 mark and some minor acne. Massive pump and strength gains though. Crowns right it makes you feel like a monster

    I never tried the original superdrol mate so I can't compare. Just did a load of reading up on sdmz and the write up and reviews were great and iron mag lab products are top class.

    Cyanostane RX 3/ caps day
