Hey everyone. First of all I love all of you. Second I am going to be working hard to get big. Gotta up my game.

Sooo this week I am going to the store buying a cooler and some freezer packs. Going to pack 2-3 protein shakes with milk a day to work and drink those. going to use a weight gainer + IML protein

Today I hit chest

135 - 10
225 - 15
315 - 8
325 - 8
365 - 3
(yeah ima a lil weaker)

Incline 65lbs DB

100lbs - 3 sets

Triceps 90lbs
3 sets of ~20 reps

goals
1) Buy a damn freezer box and somer freezer packs
2) Pack 1 weight gainer. and 2 protein shakes to work everyday... Drink them bitches
3) Eat more food
4) Pack on some weight
5) Discipline myself and be off cycle for the next 2 months and work hard.
6) Run a mean cycle once my body has had some rest.
7) Pack on even more weight.
8) Cut that **** up for some contests/

Machine Push downs 4 sets for some tricep work.

Got it. Well lets keep the ball rolling! I got some leg work coming up today, probably in another hour. Then comes a super-huge postWO meal (since I didnt eat dinner yesterday, I might throw in a pizza on top of my scheduled nutrition today!)

395lbs - 1 - - needed a spot to get it but helped very little.

Biceps machine curls 4 sets 10 reps

Biceps machine preacher 3 sets 10ish reps

Ready for more legs tomorrow gotta get it in.

When you say you got a coach, is he there in person or are these online consultations?

I think you would benefit from having a squat day where you do low volume but move heavy weight, and a day where you do lots of volume but handle somewhat lighter weights. But of course this might do more harm than good if you're still trying to get your squat form down.

I have an in person coach but its not working out too well and they are just taking my money and I am locked in a contract.
Like they don't have trainers available when I am available. And with my work schedule and what all I have going on getting up at 4am to meet their available trainers isn't an option
