  4. Lol add LTL with chunder your bench will go up 200lbs+ and if you add LTL, chunder and airborne together you can bench 1000lbs+, squat 2000lbs+ and everything goes up 1000lbs...hardcore anabolic mix lol

  24. Well...supps were same. 2 epi v pre workout along with my homemade c.ocktail that cyrus mixed up for me.

    today i was back, and i knew i was back... Smashed it today.
    This time, i had recompadrol PRE CARDIO instead.

    WOW, diggin deep here after 2 days off. My workout numbers speak for themselves today.

    Nice update bro! Only thing I do in your routine is dips and ham curls and of course cardio. I might have to try the others in there.
