Recently hurt my left bicep taking down a 355lb girl at work...I know lololol but it's been in pain for four days now and today it felt better so I lifted chest and tris and I felt the pain in my bicep just picking up a weight it's the inside part of my bicep and it ended up getting to the point of where I lost strength in it today...I couldn't even pick up a 10lb weight and curl it so what should I do? I'm due to start a cycle in 2 weeks...ice? Heat? I've never had an injury like this before
