I've been accustomed to using barbells and I'm trying to change it up a bit.

Looking for some exercise suggestions...don't need anything for legs, already know nothing can replace barbell squatss :silly:

incline DB flies and decline DB press are cash.

like hump said, i have fallen in love with DB incline flies. my upper chest looks tons better in only 3 - 4 weeks.

im also a fan of bicep burnouts and tricep pushdown burnouts on cables.

regular grip.
also any good dumbell/cable pulling exercises?

Im thinking about this:

Pullups/Chins 3x10
Alt. DB Curls 3x8
Lat Pulldowns (underhand grip, palms facing me) 3x8

I'm looking for a good back exercise, only problem is I NEVER feel anything in my upperback, whenever i do rows I don't feel em and when i do pullups i feel nothing only my biceps are tired and with deadlifts I only feel it in the mid back and lower back >__<

well with your palms turned in, your elbows will be tucked in and thus becomes a fairly different excercise. its definitely going to hit your triceps alot more than regular grip. imo, its more a complimentary excercise but i suppose its more personal preference than anything.

drop your weights and focus on form and then add the weight back, have someone stick their fist in your back in between your lats and focus on squeezing the fist (rows and lat pulldowns)

any back day needs deadlifts bro.

I would have to say DB Chest Fly's and Lower Pulley Fly's. Both work great for shaping my chest. Those are may two favorite DB and Pulley exercises.
