If you're preparing to hit your hardest lift of the week, whether it's deads, squats, whatever... what's the one song that gets you pumped up the most to destroy whatever weight is in front of you?
Redneck-Lamb of God
Live for This: Hatebreed
M.Ed. Ex Phys
Dont stop me now- Queen
I told Ya'll-Lil Wayne
This is gonna sound really cheesy... and maybe it's purely a case of nostalgia... but Robert Tepper's "No Easy Way Out" from the Rocky IV soundtrack. (I know, I know. )
[nomedia="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UdHyyaT9GVo&feature=re lated"]YouTube- Mistur - Skoddefjellet[/nomedia] even if you don't like sognametal (black metal) this will get you pumped I would think
this one if I have a bit of time to get pumped but it really gets me going [nomedia="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TZJuSssCCYk&feature=re lated"]YouTube- Mistur - Attende[/nomedia]
If you can time the lift right, Impending Doom - My Nemesis.
This site is relevant to my interests.
Dio Holy Diver
Actually it depends on the exercise. If I'm working on my back I like listening to Dio. If I'm working on my arms especially curls, I like listening to old school megadeth and if I'm working my shoulders or legs I like listening to Sodom. So I have certain songs for certain exercises.
Usually it's something like this
Barbell row - Dio rainbow
curls - meageth mechanix
deadlift - Dio Holy Diver
military press - Sodom M16
Overcome by Terror gives me chills. Check out the lyrics while listening, dl it, then next time your in the gym hit play before benching. Works every time
MOTOR HEAD - ACE of Spades!
this pumps me up soo seriously i feel like fighting/
Try listening to - NOTHING - Focus on Breathing and Concentrate on form, works best for me!
Stick Stickly - Attack Attack
This is who we are - Cartel
