Training with odd schedule

  1. Training with odd schedule

    Hey guys, I'm getting back into the gym after two years. A change in careers and an intro to parenthood ****canned my workout habits. There are a lot of good programs to choose from, but I have an odd schedule to work with. Any advice would be helpful.

    I work 2 on 2 off during the week and every other Fri-Sun. My work day is usually about 14 hours, so I will have to stick to training on my days off. My goal is mainly to gain size, no need to lose any.
