Sunday- Squats 3x8-10
Bench Press 3x8-10
Deadlift 3x8-10
Bench Dips 3x8-10
Hyper Extensions 3x10

Monday - Off

Tuesday - Squats 3x8-10
Military DB Press 3x8-10
Bent Over Row 3x8-10
Front DB Raise 3x10
Pull Ups 3x8-10

Wed - Off

Thurs- rep Sunday

Fri & Sat off

2 minute rest between sets and Ab workout at the end of each session

I would think so....I do squats 3x a week, bench 2x, deads once, and rows 2x for compounds, and not much for isolations.

you'll have to see what works for you
but i cant imagine personally doing the big 3 all in one day. if you put effort into the first, i myself would not have the ability to give 100% to the others...in fact i'm on wendler's program and split out bench, DL, squat, and OH press into their own days.
