Hi,
I'm going to start workout out in the morning instead of evening. I have less time in the morning so will it be okay to split my program without losing results?
Current (45-1hr workout)

Chest/Tri
Rest
Legs
Rest
Back/Bi
Rest
Shoulders

Change to (30minute workout)
Chest
Bi's
Legs
Back
Tris
Shoulders
Rest

Thanks!

so ur telling me u can warm up cool down and do the stretching in 30 mins? incorrect !

i doubt his goal is to do like 25 pull ups, pushups and jump squats that he will finish that fast.

u need at least 5-10 mins to stretch and 5 at the minmum to stretch after lifting. that leaves him 20 mins to lift?

Hey
30minutes is excluding warmup (treadmil 5min, light sets 5min) and cooldown.
I also rest 45 seconds between sets

Routine is fine, anything more than 45minutes anyway would be too much for most people unless they use "extra stuff", 30minutes will be a good change for your muscles and it will allow you to focus on each muscle 100%. Look up Max-OT. 30minutes is fine, don't listen to anyone who says a workout has to be X or Y or that Z isn't good enough unless they have actually done Z.

Why sure you can! If you want cortisol buildup. Hell, do an hour and a half, what do you have to lose!, just muscle.

Do you research before posting stuff???
