I am currently doing a monday tuesday and thursday friday split.
Monday focuses on chest but has a little back and shoulders plus hang cleans
Tuesday focuses only on lower body
Thurday focuses on back but has power movements (power clean) and one shoulder exercise
Friday is a full body workout with a circuit in the end

This program is a pro football program I got my hands on. It has been great for both strength power and size. But I will be going on a 14 weeks cycle consisting of anadrol for 4 weeks, test enth for 10, and eq for 14. I play lacrosse andother sports and staying functionally strong and fit is important to me. How can i fit a similar workout into a 7 day split working out 5 days in that time.
