Thinking about This for a Change.

I am thinking about Changing my Routine from One BP a Day to 2. I will be Doing both a Heavy Excersise and a Light One. also a Warmup Set, a "6-8 Set" and A Failure Set. Here Goes:

#1. Shoulders- DB Military Press 3 Sets, Incline DB Side Raises 3 Sets
Triceps- V-Cable Extentions 3 Sets, French Press 3 Sets.

#2. Back- Deadlifts 4 Sets, Seated Cable Rows 4 Sets.
Biceps- BB Curls 3 Sets, DB Preacher Curls 3 Sets.

#3. Chest- Incline Press 4 Sets, DB Bench Press 4 Sets
Traps- BB Shrugs 3 Sets, DB Shrugs 3 Sets.

#4. Legs- Squats 4 Sets, Leg Curls 3 Sets, Leg Extentions 3 Sets.

#5. Shoulders- Front Mil. Press 4 Sets, Rear Military Press 4 Sets, Upright BB Rows- 2 Sets
Triceps- EZ Skullcrushers 3 Sets, Ropes 3 Sets

#6. Back- Bent Over Rows 4 Sets, Lat Pulldowns 4 Sets, DB Rows 2 Sets
Biceps- Incline Curls 3 Sets, Standup DB Curls 3 Sets.

#7. Chest- Bench Press 4 Sets, DB Incline Press 4 Sets
Traps- BB Shrugs 3 Sets, DB Shrugs 3 Sets

#8. Legs- Leg Press 4 Sets, Leg Curls 3 Sets, Leg Extentions 3 Sets

Tell me what yall think>??

for legs Id add in SLDLs or DB lunges (sp?). Both of those give my hamstrings a hell of a pump. Not neccessarily on the same day but split b/t #4 and #8
