    leg curls


    will doing leg curls and other hamstring exercises, besides squat, make your ass bigger? i play baseball and im targetting on my ass and hamstrings. besides just regular leg curls, what else will build the ass

    Deadlifts and glute-ham raises should do the trick.

    Deadlifts, stiff leg deadlifts, leg curls, squats.

    Implants, or an a$$ pump, jk. squats is the king for that, but as mentioned before, you can dead lifts as well.
