leg curls

    will doing leg curls and other hamstring exercises, besides squat, make your ass bigger? i play baseball and im targetting on my ass and hamstrings. besides just regular leg curls, what else will build the ass

  2. Deadlifts and glute-ham raises should do the trick.

  3. Deadlifts, stiff leg deadlifts, leg curls, squats.

    Dude why are you trying to make your ass bigger?

  4. Implants, or an a$$ pump, jk. squats is the king for that, but as mentioned before, you can dead lifts as well.

  6. Squats, dead lifts, laying leg curls, romanian deadlifts, close leg squats, just focus on squeezing those cheeks every rep
