IRONMAG LABS.....I just took the suggested use two capsules twice a day

IML is underdofsed. 100mg of 4-Andro is not going to do much for you. You need at least 300mg per day,
if not 400.

Same with 1-Andro. in the University Study, 330mg per day was tested with great results.
100mg of 1-Andro will hardly do anything. Probably did more harm then good.

Before you right off 1 & 4 Andro you should try a properly dosed product for at least 6-8 weeks.

How do you know if you should up the dose? Jus alot of research?

Yes research on the forums and University Studies.

There is a University Study showing 1-Andro to be safe and effective at 330mg per day.
It would take almost 7 caps of that stuff you took to get that dosage.

Im not saying IML products are bad, they're products are definitely use quality sources,
but they are underdosed. Even one of their reps, when he does logs, runs their products
at 3 to 4 times the recommended dosage to be effective.

Sounds good ima give it another try.

I'd look into the New OL UK 1 Andro products or maybe the ones by Hard Rock Supplements.

Both are dosed properly at 100 to 110mg per capsule and at least 90 caps per bottle.
