Ok, I have been reading and training hard, learning as much as I can about eating healthy and supplements that will help me bulk and amino acids that will help my body. Here is my list of pills that I am currently taking. Is it too much. Is there any redundency in them?
multi- 2 pills once daily
milk thistle- 1 pill 3x daily
bcaa- 3 pills 3x daily
pcs- 6 pills 1 daily
flax seed oil- 2 pills 1 daily
zma- 3 pills 1 daily
fish oil- 1tbls daily
melatonin-1 pill daily
6-oxo- 3 pills 1 daily
That's a crap load of pills!!!!! Am I really helping myself or hurting. I feel good and working out 4 times a week. I am 38 years old 6' 186 lbs.
I also do lots of protein, creatine and glutamine. Any advice is welcomed. Thanks
