    On off days should i still consume beta alanine and citruline and BCAA's? The same goes for ALA, alcar, should i continure taking them when im off? I take one day off a week and always take them when im working out, but should i continue when im resting. I ussually just amp up my protein intake on off days.

  2. You should still take the CM and BA during your off days to aid in recovery and keep the supplement in your system. BA will keep your carnosine stores up and CM needs to accumulate in your system to work. You can sip a BCAA's throughout the day too, but it is not necessary. I'm not sure about the others though.
