How do I take it... It says 1/4 TSP per serving. Do I mix it with water?.... Sorry for the stupid a** question.
 
Parachuting would probably be easiest. Dump the serving into some toilet paper, fold up, and swallow.
 
You should look into getting some blank gel caps and a little capping machine.

Or, just parachute it. Just down a little water after. No harm.
 
100mg of powder is not that much, but I mix with 4 parts bulk yellowgold and cap mine.
