I was looking for some feed back from anyone who has tried "SPAWN". both positive and negative.

i've taking spawn myself and its a solid product. gains were decent and i like that it had epistaine to help with the decrease in estrogen although there wasn't much epistaine in it. all in all good product; with a proper diet and nutirition along with dietary supps you should have some nice gains.

-always remember to feed the machine...
