FINALLLLLY recieved these today, now a question, i weigh about 205lbs, looking to bulk, what would a good dosage pre and post workout be for the creatine, bcaa powder, and quik carb!?!?
I usually take about 5g creatine before and after workouts. I mega-dose BCAAs during my workout; 40-50g. you should get about 75g carbohydrates from WMS. i dont know how much it comes out to if you weigh it out.
