Looking to be educated. I've been doing some reseach on BAM and I noticed they make a big deal about needing estrogen to make gains which is why BAM contains no AI. And yet ALRI and others often recommend taking it with JW or Restore, which do contain AIs.
Could someone smarted than me help me out?
PS: I've tried JW and think it's one of the best products out there.
