What do you "sip on" in the Gym?

Right now, all i sip on is Poseidon... I am going to through in some Purple warth, extend, or excell to the mix. I think. What do you sip on?
 
I like to use Xtend to start sipping on the way to the gym, during my workout, and if I dont finish it all Ill just continue sipping it throughout the day.

That or a big bottle of water.
 
Purple WRAATH during cardio... otherwise it's usually water.
 
Water during.

Before 10gm's of BCAAs and after 10gm's of BCAAs. Which I will be switching to 1.5 servings of Xtend pre & post workout as soon as it gets here.
 
Right now just poseidon, id like to add my bulk leucine but that stuff is just rank and I can only stand it when mixed with protein.
 
typically just water...which i go through ALLOT when i workout. I really should start to bring a gallon with me!

Everyone loves this poseidon stuff eh? I might have to give it a shot...

1 Heaping scoop of Cytosport Complete Whey Strawberry Banana

2 scoops of Xtend (either Grape or Watermelon)

1 Heaping scoop of Dymatize Xpand Grape

Mixed in water

Drink about 1/2 on the way to the gym, refill with water at the gym, and drink the rest throughout the workout (until I'm just reilling and drinking water)

Then I have the same thing (except 2 scoops whey instead) post-workout before leaving the gym.

I was definitely posting this when I read the title. Good thing I read the posts first.:trout:

I don't like to eat too close to a workout. So I like me some Purple Wraath so I don't feel like I'll be muscle wasting. Sometimes I'll throw in a scoop of CEE, just cause I like the taste. :fool2:

I've experimented with mixing in a scoop of NO-Xplode once or twice. That was fun.
 
BCAAs and WPI, been doing this for about a year and hate having a WO w/o them. I occasionally add taurine and some other things, but I never mess with the big 2.
 
Right now it's just two scoops of excell and one scoop of regular bcaa's, and water. I have done one serving fruit punch champion amino shooter, packet of garbage, and a serving of excell (lots of aminos!!!) This week I wanted to get away from the garbage because that was a lot of added caffeine, not sure when I will start it back up, still have quite a few servings left though.

I sip on good ole H20, if I am doing cardio I will throw in some excell though. I get 5g in pre...5-7g sipped peri and then my whey post.

I like about 10 grams Leucine in some iced tea or Crystal Light on occasion and I always have my Poseidon on hand. Love that stuff.
 
Excell and Poseidon...excellent combo to sip on before, during and after training. :thumbsup:
