quick question

do you guys think that it would be useless to use powerful,aakg and some cee if i could olny do uper body and ab's and stuff right now because i have torn somthing in my knee?

You will benefit from it, but I wouldn't bother, because you'll have a lot to catch up with your legs once you're fully healed :)

My opinion is that yes, it's kinda useless as I wouldn't run supps when I can only do... say just arms. Unless arms are the weakest part of your body... Take some good rest, do some cardio, and hit the weights once you feel better..
