ibupropfen? protein synth??? YJ ?

ibupropfen is supposed to block protein synthesis... how long does that last? like are u fine the next day or does it last for a long time?

You would have to be on the Maxium dosage (1,200mg) right after you worked out in order to have any noticable effect whatsoever. No worries for the average user.
