Beyond Raw Lit plus added ingredients

Hi everyone, I have been a reader on this forum for a while. I am not knowledgeable in the supplement area other than doing a lot of reading here. I wanted to get everyone's opinion on this new pre workout I am taking. I added some ingredients. Below I will give all the ingredients and dosage I am taking. I want to make sure I am not overdosing anything or mixing stuff together which shouldn't be mixed. Thanks. I am your 30 year old average joe who lifts 4-5 days a week in the gym, 5'9 180lb. Former collegiate athlete in division 2.

Pre workout: Beyond Raw Lit

Ingredients: serving size

Micronized Creatine Monohydrate (1.5g)-
Ancient Peat Apple Extract (150mg)-
Caffeine (250 mg)-
L-Citrulline (3g)-
Nitrosigine (1.5g)
Beta Alanine- (3.2g)

My added ingredients:

1.5g of Beyond Raw L Citrulline
3G of Beyond Raw L Arginine
2.5G of Beyond Raw Betaine Anhydrous
1g of OL Agmatine Sulfate

Beta Alanine- (3.2g)
Betaine Anhydrous (2.5g)
Agmatine Sulfate (1g)
L Argenine (3G)

Post workout: 3.5g of AX German micronized creapure creatine monohydrate giving me 5g total for the day. Bodytech Whey Isolate Protein 100%. Sometimes I take beta bcaas cellulor.




So far I have been loving it. Incredible pumps, great focus, no crash or headaches. Any advice, are my dosages correct?

I've tried the pwo just with by itself. It's pretty good, I like it. Icy Fireworks, the taste is unreal

Your total doses are pretty well spot on. The only things to be real concerned about (to me) are the 5g creatine and 2.5 BA which you've got both. All the other ingredients can move up and down some depending on how you like the effects

General recommendations
L-cit: 4-6g
Beta alanine: 6g split up generally
Agmatine: 1g
