Does boswellia impede on training?

So I've been using ApresFlex and it's great for inflammation, but I'm worried that It might impede my training effect or muscle recovery. My movements just feel weird, I'm going too low on my squats and I'm scared that I'll hurt myself because I don't feel pain. Can anyone comment? The mechanism of action is that it inhibits 5-LOXIN, which is one of the inflammatory pathways besides COX.

It shouldn't. Just be careful with your training and make sure your form is strict

Might reduce gains if you take it before workout. A litle inflamation is needed to improve. So unless you have issues with inflamation, I'd take it after workout.

It shouldn't. Most of these products are designed to reduce inflammation in certain area. It is not going to do such dramatic stuff that shovel effect training.
